Suffering From Post Concussion, Cognitive Processing Delay, Multiple Back Sprains, Eye And Head Twitching. MRI's Were Negative

On nov.11,2013 I got rear ended resulting in a post concussion, cognitive processing delay and multiple sprains in the back. I have been having eye twitching/fluttering and head twitches since 11/16, I have had 2 MRI's done-they were negative, I've also met with neurologist and no one has any answers to the twitches.
Please HELP!!

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
The twitching is may due to low oxygen supply in corresponding area or tissue that may be due to highly stressful condition and in a state of shock and nothing else, once the patients comes out of this then twitches goes away if you are unable to cope up with this then try some tranquilizer this will definitely help you, one more thing this twitching will not cause you any harm, Hope this will help you have nice day.
