Hi,

The symptoms you have mentioned can be a viral pharyngitis. Drink plenty of warm water, try taking anti-inflammatory drugs (such as ibuprofen/diclofenac), a proton pump inhibitor (such as pantoperazole) and do gargles with povidone iodine mouth gargles. If symptoms do not subside please consult your ENT specialist.
