Suffering From Spermatocele Cyst, Recurring Condition. Safe To Use Needle To Drain Pus And Discharge?

I Had spermatocele cyst about 5 years ago, It was popped on its own when I had chicken pox around the same time. white stuff came out with some blood. I didn t feel any pain or suffer from infection. Now I think I have a spermatocele cyst again. Is it safe use a pin/needle to drain/ discharge the fluid out of the cyst? Please Help. Thank you.

-small spermatocele can be ignored .
-if larger ones causing symptoms,can be aspirated or excised via scrotal incision.
