Suffering From Spondylitis, Degenerative Disc, Arthritis. Want To Stop Taking Painkiller. Possible Treatment?

I am wondering, in your opinion, what the treatment would be to help me with my Spondolythiosis( not sure how it's spelled). I have been suffering with it for 11 years and would like to end the painkiller use. I also have degenerative disc diease as well as arthritis, all in the same area, L-4 and L-5. I am 44 years old.
I really appreciate your opinion on this. Thank you in advance....

Dear Madam,

Spondylolisthesis is treated by surgey but only when there is neurologiocal compression . If there is no complications then you can do spinal exercises and take calcium and vitamin D supplements.
