Suffering From Stomach Cramps

My 6 year old son is having severe stomach cramps. He can still move and jump around but they hurt so bad that he doubles over. He does not flinch when you press on his stomach. They disappear after 15 minutes and he will be back to normal. This has happened three times now. What can be going on with his stomach?
