Hello,
You must consult the doctor because color of mucus gives a doubt of blood and hence must be looked into.
Carry on with the medicines but make sure to take plenty of water and do regular exercises for at least 30 minutes a day. This would help in your constipation as well as keep a control on your blood sugar levels and also help in fatty liver as well as PCOS.
Make sure to keep your blood pressure and lipid profile in control.
Thanks
