hi im suffering from varicocele. my scrotum hangs very low. wat could be done for this.

A vericocele forms when valves inside the veins along the spermatic cord prevent blood from flowing properly.This causes the blood to back up leading to swelling and widening ot veins.
Scrotal support by proper underwear may provide some relief of pain and discomfort.Otherwise surgery is the remedy called verecelectomy.
