hi.this is AAAAAAA ali.age-24,height-160.i am suffering to constipation ,which type of precaution is required for me or what type of medicine is neccessary for me?

Thanks for writing in.
I would suggest that you have a high fibre diet and plenty of water to help overcome your constipation. Good sources of fibres include oats, bran, fruits, vegetables and wheat. You need to have 2-3 litres of water in a day.
If this doesnt work, take 1 tsp isabgol powder in half a glass of water or milk at bedtime.
