Suffering With Pcos. Trying To Conceive. Taking Metformin And Thyroid Tablets. Is It Possible To Ovulate Without This Tablet?
hello doctor, im suffering with pcos , im 27 yrs old and got married last year...i want to get pregnant...im under medication of metformin and thyroid tablets....im 5.2 and weigh 48 kgs...plz help....my sugar level is 89...and thyroid is under control....my doctor gives me clomid tablets on 5th day of my periods....is it possible to ovulate without this tablet....

It is possible to ovulate without clomid, but as clomid increases the chances of ovulation, it increases the chances of pregnancy. Since you are trying to conceive, you should continue clomid and have intercourse regularly, especially from day 10th to 20th of your cycle if you have 28-30 days cycle.
One more thing, you should only start taking treatment only after you have practised one year of unprotected intercourse with your husband.
