Suggest OTC Medication For Brown Spots In Ankle Having Vericose Vein

Age 50's, have varicose vien in left lower calf towards ankles, along with brown spots around ankle. Wear 20-30 compression stocking and take Venacur, this has reduced size of v.v.'s but still have brown spots. My health insurance doesn't cover v.v.'s although, have saving's for procedure. In the meantime, is there an over the counter product for the brown spots around my ankle?
