i am really concerned about my diet.....can you please suggest me a balanced diet chart......a list of things which i should include in my daily routine to keep healthy and which would also help me in loosing weight alongwith the exercises which i am already doing......how much fat should i consume in my daily diet routine?

Your food plate should be 25% carbs (complex carbs like lentils - dals, rajma, chole etc...) 40% proteins, 30% fiber (leafy vegetables & fruits), 5% fat (healthy oil -never over heat oil)
Battle plan for weight loss = 80% is diet and 20% is exercise.
Stop or reduce intake of rice, wheat, jowar, bajra, corn etc.....
Brisk walking is great - just break your own record on a daily basis meaning walk a little faster than yesterday even its by seconds
