Suggest A Cheaper Alternative To Percocet

I trying to a prescription online for percocet 10 due to chronic back pain due to scolosis diagnosed as a child. Have tried over the counter remedies, darvocet, tylenol 3, with no relief. I recently moved and started a new job and do not have insurance. This is why I m seeking a less expensive form of treatment at this time. Thank You, Bobby Mitchell

Hello,

Over-the-Counter Acetaminophen – Officially recommended as a first-line treatment.

Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) – Typically more potent than acetaminophen, NSAIDs are over-the-counter medications that relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and lower fevers. Ibuprofen and aspirin are of the most commonly recognized types of NSAIDs.

Serotonin and Norepinephrine Reuptake Inhibitors – In other words, anti-depressants. Even if you are not struggling with a depressive disorder, anti-depressants can be taken as first-line treatments for nerve pain as well as muscular and skeletal pain:

Massage, acupuncture, and chiropractic care, Mindfulness and meditation, Exercise and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) have a distinctive role. Consult your clinician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
