Suggest A Diet Chart For 2 Years Old Daughter

hello doctor i have a two yr old daughter. i am still feeding her breast milk and so i have not started her on whole milk or lactogen. secondly as for her meals i am feeding her boiled rice with pulses, boiled and mashed potato and carrot. i am not giving her any kind of multivitamin. i doubt that this is not enough for my child. kindly advise me on a proper diet chart for her so that she grows up healthy.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

A two-year-old baby should eat everything a grown-up eats.
He can have all the types of fruits and vegetables, meat, fish and cheese and diary products.
If she has difficulty eating them you can blend them.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
