Hi, my cholestrol rating is 7.4 , Now I have started to do exercise about 45 minutes in the morning, trying to avoid fat contained food, but some time unavoidable. Trying to control diet with morning tea only, about 11 O'clock veg curry/ skinless chicken curry with chapati, 3PM -4PM some fruits and evening about 9:30PM rice with curry. Am I in right way to control my cholestrol level?
