Suggest A Healthy Diet Plan

I am 31 year old female. I am 63.5 kg and want to reduce weight and stay healthy. I have started a diet of oats without milk (or) two dosa in the morning, Half a cup of rice, 3/4 cup dhal and 1 cup vegetables for lunch, Digestive biscuits/ carrots/tomatoes for evening snacks and 3 rotis with vegetables for dinner. I am doing a 25 - 30 minute physical activity a day. Am working in IT field and my job is a sitting job. I drink 2 -3 lts of water a day. Am I doing the right thing to reduce weight or anything else to be done?

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

You are doing just fine.

Let me modify your plan a bit.

A. BREAKFAST - Start having oats with milk. No harm in it.
B. LUNCH - Take some protein like fish or soyabean .
C. SNACKS - Perfect
D. DINNER - Perfect

Continue to drink plenty of water .
Continue the physical activity also.
