I am currently on the Ideal Protein weight loss plan--been doing it for 4 weeks and have lost 15 lbs., but I don t particularly like the food and it is incredibly expensive. They don t allow any fruits or carbs during phase one and frankly, without these foods at least once in a while, I don t think I ll succeed--what can you suggest as a healthy weight loss plan to follow
Hello! The diet is just fine. But you can try to break it one day per week so you reward yourself with something you love to eat but in a moderate way. Also by exercising you will increase your metabolism and you can eat more. It only takes time. Beat regards.
