Suggest A Natural Remedy For Severe Acne On Both Sides Of The Mouth

Hi, I am a boy aged 19. I have been suffering from acne(blackheads mostly) from my childhood, until recently 2yrs back when i used deriva cms and isotroin-20, my acne was almost gone. But, now again i have a severe acne problem around both sides of my mouth. Currently i am using spongysal facewash , nexret gel and isotroin-20. I have been using them for 10 days now and i see not much improvement. I want your suggestion on what i should do? Also, should i use any natural therapy? Thank You

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain pimples on both sides of mouth that are not being resolved with the medication might be due to other ceronditions like Herpes virus infection causing cold sores..
I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated a thorough clinical evaluation and investigation as per the suspected cause will help..
In case if it is acne anti acne medications like Clindamycin gel, benzoyl peroxide gel and topical adapelene gel will be advised..
Oral intake of antibiotics and retinoids and treatments like Microdermabrasion can be advised to you.
In case of herpes virus infection antiviral medication like Acyclovir, Valacyclovir can be advised..
