Hi doctor, My 3 year old son is having loose motion for past two days.he had 3-4 BMs(loose and yellow) today morning and 1 BM(loose and green) in the evening.Can i give him DUPHALC Syrup or pls suggest smthg for immediate relief.his eyes are also red.i m giving him ORS

Your son is suffering from acute gastrointestinal tract infection (stomach infection in simple terms) you can give him pre probiotic and zinc preparation. Continue ORS.Give apple banana pomogranate. Don't give duphalac. It is given for constipation
