Suggest A Remedy For Lower Back Pain

dear Sir,

i am 32 years old , male, height is 5ft 4inch, weight is 61kg. I am suffering low back disease from last couple of month. As per recent MRI report, central-bilateral paracentral portrusion of L5-S1 disk with mild compression on S1 bilateral exiting nerve roots.

Hello,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you are suffering from lumbar disc prolapse. It is confirmed by MRI scan.Its treatment is rest in position of relief(generally lateral position with both hip and knee bend),neurotopics such as mecobalamin and analgesics (Diclofenac three times a day after meals is effective.
