Suggest A Remedy For Nausea & Loss Of Appetite

I've been feeling nauseated, loss of appetite, stomach sensitivity with combination of feeling hot, then cold. I am a 60-year old female and only take Effexor XR 75 mlgrm and multiple vitamin on a daily basis. This has been going on for about 4-5 days.thank you for response

* Guidelines for better recovery

- Prefer more liquids in sessions as boiled water , coconut water , lemon
juice , butter milk etc .
- Consume soft , light diet with avoidance of oily , spicy , non veg stuffs .
- Proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole or pantoprazole with sips of water
on empty stomach , tylenol ( 500 ) mg morning and evening after
meals help .
