Hello
welcome to hcm
well it seems ur spinal vertebrae/discs have been damaged by TB which lead to pain in ur back however u didnt mention the report of your SPINAL MRI...
pain killers can give u temporary relief but for long term relief you need to strengthen your back muscles for which u have to visit a physiotherapist who will teach u the exercises to do n u can then start doing them at home regularly
regards
