Suggest A Remedy For Severe Pain In The Left Shoulder

Hi, I was punched repeatedly on my left shoulder. After around 40 minutes, it still hurts. I looked at it and my shoulder has what looks like a red outline of the knuckles. It hurts when I extend my arm. I realized my shoulder grew a little bigger where I was hit. I would like to know if my shoulder will be fine. I am 16. Thanks :)

if injury is only less than 8 hours, do ice fomentation. Do not try to move the arm and shoulder ..Go to Er if sweling .increases. You may need pain relieving medicine and possibly, an xray for assesment of injury.meanwhile rest your arm in a sling to keep weight of the arm from the shoulder.
