Suggest A Remedy For The Sprained Knee

For hit in my knee by my parents dog my knee cap moved side to side hurts to be on it for a while it s swollen I have a tensor bandage on it. I have sprained the same knee about twelve years ago a few times before I went and got it looked after. What should I do ?

It seems you might be having patellar dislocation . You need to get a X ray of your knee joint and consult an orthopedician soon .
