Suggest A Substitute Medicine For Telma H

hello doctor,

i am 50 yrs old and my weight is 75kg. I am suffering from high BP and asthama. I have been prescribed telma h along with restyl, since i had swelling gums when taking stamlo d with restyl. However now i am suffering from dizziness, nausea and feeling very weak. Should i discontinue telma h ? If yes which medicine would you suggest as a replacement for it?

hello and welcome.

you may use tab losartan hct 50/12.5 instead of telma but I doubt whether telma is causing these side effects.

these effects r more commonly seen with restyl ie alprazolam, take telma h without restyl for a week n see if there is improvement. plz let me know ur average BP readings to adjust dose.

hv a nice day thanx
