Good afternoon doctor, I a computer graphic designer, I have last 4 years ago take a tablet of Becosules. In the tablets for no more physical consulted. The tablet for own idea, then I am now married two years ago, I have 7 months male child father. Can you advice for me, the tablet for continue or which time take its. Thanking you

their is no harm in taking becosules, even for years.
the better time is to take after breakfast.
you may try some better supplements (multivitamins) than becosules.
