Suggest A Treatment For Diabetes

Hi sir, i am 68 years old and having weight 60 kg, have diabetise and suffering from shortness of breathing problem. Doctor prescribed to take carca3.125,lasix,Cardiopril capsule and nuocarnit-F and Abphyline tablets but it didn't work so I am taking deriphyline 77mg tablets which gives some relief without doctor's suggestion but i am worried about any adverse effects plc suggest me.

Dear sir, hi! welcome to HCM. it is ok if you are comfortable with deriphylline and rest of the medicines are fine as well. but you have not mentioned about anti diabetic medicines and your sugar control. so do let me know about it if you have any concerns. regards!
