Suggest Alternate For Deriphillin To Treat Ear Discharge And Cough

Dear Dr My daughter is 9 years old, she is having ear discharge & cough, so our dr ordered ciprox ear drops, augmentin 375 mg tds, deriphillin 75mg, but now at the moment deriphillin is not available in the market, so pl be kind enough to advice me in this regards, thank you sangitha

You can try salbutamol instead of deriphylline which is more effective for kids.
