Suggest Alternate Medicine For Ramicade Infusion

I am suffering from Ankylosing Spondylitis since last 25 years.Both hip joints have ben fused. No pain killer is effective. Since last one year at the interval of 3-4 months I have to take Ramicade infusion of 300mg. it is very expensive , can you suggest me any alternate pain killer. My age is 49 y, my name is Sunil Jain.

Hello,

Paracetamol and ibuprofen is best for your type of pain. Best effect is when combined. Be aware of heart burn and stomach ache. Then you can not take ibuprofen. Also if you take medicine for blood pressure and diuretics, you should consult a doctor before taking ibuprofen.
