Suggest Alternate Remedy For Cold And Blocked Nose

Iam 33 years old . My weight is 90 Kgs and Height is 5.8 feet. I got operated for Nasal Polyps [Deviated Nasal septum] 2 years back. Doctor had prescribed Azeflo Nasal Spray to continue for years. Iam living in a chill area. Frequently Iam getting colds and my nose gets blocked. Iam really fed up taking antibiotics, antihistamines, steroids. Please advice me in this regard. Babu

Hello,

You may be suffering from chronic allergic rhinitis. Need to avoid cold exposure use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

Avoid cool drinks and freeze water, use tablets Levocetirizine and Montelukast daily at night after dinner. Also, use nasal mask.
