Suggest Alternative For Panadol

I have been on a maintenance dose of 2 digecis( dextropropoxyphene) a day for chronic up and lower back pain ( osteoarthritis and oestophorsis) this has worked reasonably well combined with non therapeutic dose of 25mgs ended I cannot take to much Panadol as for some reason it effect my Lft levels It is now difficult to get Can you suggest some alternatives Regards Gabrielle

In short: Go for other treatment modalities

Explanation: If your LFT is deranged, with paracetamol then it is very difficult to suggest alternative. So, please consult your doctor for help. Do not take self medication. Try other treatment modalities for OA and osteoporosis.
