Welcome to health care magic.

1.Sorry for what you have going through. Generally no one will plant the surgery to remove the testis unless until necessary.
2.Since you previously had a testicular cancer any mass in the adjacent testis should be suspicious.
3.An FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology is recommended for confirmation.
4.Life saving is primary than the other problems. Regarding this - surgeon will collect the sperm and sent to sperm bank before surgery in order to save your own sperms ( i herd from few patients - enquire with your doctor)
5.And sex life will not much alters, but there is no remedy to keep the testis as the tumor can spread.
6.So follow the treating doctors instructions for further process. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
