Suggest Alternative Medicine For Zevit

Hi,I have delivered a baby boy through c-section 18 days before on 21 Aug 2012.After delivery, doctor advised me to take calcium , Iron and a multivitamin capsule called Zevit for 3 months.But when I take Zevit it causes loose motion to me.Please suggest....

I have gone through your query , as you have side effect from capsule Zevit dont worry may be due it causing you diarehoea, you can consult with your doctor and can take mutivitamin Tablet Cobadex once a day or Becozinc once a day .
