Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hi,

I will suggest you to undergo physiotherapy treatment as it can help you in many ways how to prevent and treat the pains without medications only by using exercises or machines which help in reducing pain. Contact your nearby physiotherapy clinic, your physiotherapist will surely help you out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Harsh Swarup
