Suggest An Alternative To Synthroid And Levothyroxine

I was prescribed synthroid for thyroid issues, when I started the medication I noticed the next day I broke out in hives. After years of trying to get my dr to take me off of synthroid because along with the synthroid came prednisone because the hives were uncontrollable, I stopped both the prednisone and the synthroid. Against my dr wishes of course. After stopping the drugs they eventually disappeared. Now 6 years later I go back to the dr and I was told I had to take synthroid again, I figured its been years so let me just take them. I took them and agin like the last time, I broke out in hives. Is there an alternative to synthroid and Levothyroxine ?

Thyroid lesions generally do not cause urticaria, urticaria generally more common in contact with other abnormal substances, allergies cause, and autoimmune also have a relationship. Thyroid lesions suggest thyroid function to do something, such as color Doppler ultrasound examination, according to check for treatment. Urticaria can be treated with anti-allergic drugs.
