Suggest An Effective Treatment For Disc Desiccation And Paracentral Protrusion

I am diagnosed with DISC DESICCATION AND LEFT PARACENTRAL PROTRUSION AT L5/S1 LEVEL INDENTING THECAL SAC AND EXITING LEFT S1 NERVE ROOT. I have pain in my lower back which continues upto left toe. I am taking painkillers disperzine. What is the best possible way to treat my problem
