Suggest Antidepressant That Will Not Cause Dizziness And Lightheadedness

I am trying to find an antidepressant that will not cause dizziness and lightedness. . these seems to be ny down fall in taking antidepressants and believe me I need one. I am looking at Prozac and celeax I already taken Cymbalta for fibermalgis. so I need that.

Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. Cymbalta is an SNRI drug and the drug is known to cause dizziness when a patient start taking this drug especially during first few weeks of its therapy. SSRIs are relatively better tolerated than SNRI drug. Yes Prozac (Fluoxetine) or Celexa (Citalopram) can be tried. Both these drugs are safe and dont cause much dizziness. One other SSRI drug Sertraline can also be tried. Sertraline is one of safest SSRI drug and this drug would not cause much dizziness. You can discuss with your psychiatrist for this drug.
