Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, Thanks for asking.
I can understand your concerns.
In my opinion the weight of your child is within normal limit for his age. So I would suggest you let your child's appetite guide his eating quantity and frequency. Forcing a child to eat can lead to food aversions.
You may give him iron supplementation to improve his appetite.
I hope I have helped you.
Thank you.
