Hi dear,
Your lipid profile is absolutely normal.
Slight increase in SGOT and SGPT. But it has no significant if you are healthy.
You required 2500-3000Kcal.day

In Breakfast taake 1 slice of bread with 1 tea spoon of low fat yogurt.

In lunch take 1.5 oz of red beans and 4 rotis and green salads

In afternoon take 1 fruit and braed

In Dinner take a piece of ham. With a piece of 30% fat cheese and rice with added ghee and jeggary

Drink no less than 2 L of water. It will support your digestion and metabolism.
Do regular walking after meal.
Hope this may help you.
