i hav a 4 year old daughter.. now i want to hav second babay.. but wasnt getting pregnant so i consulted gynaec she advice me to have clomid 50mg from 3rd day of menses and said that ur wombs mouth is upside so u have to lay on the bed full night not to stand up immediately after having sex... i m on the 3rd course now .. and i want suggestions n better way to sex for this wombs condition

I need more details on your current diagnosis and condition and if at all it is an anteverted uterus then clomid is not really going to help. Please speak to your gynaecologist in more details and find the cause, diagnosis and the recommended treatment.
