Suggest Better Treatment For Recurring Constipation

my name nancy age 19 height 5 feet girl,,weight 48,,i have been having constipation for two years and taking in cremalax for that...but i tried drinking plenty of water everyday but it didn't worked,,and i dont eat junk food much,,but i would like to say that the problem started,,ever since i took out vomit after every meal..thinking that ill put on weight,,so am pretty sure it's all because of this..well..suggest me what to do inorder to get rid off this constipation,,hoping to get a satisfying answer...thnk you

Hello,

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Use over-the-counter or prescription laxatives.
-Drink more water. 
-Eat more fiber, especially soluble, non-fermentable fiber. 
-Exercise more. 
-Drink coffee, especially caffeinated coffee. 
-Take Senna, an herbal laxative. 
-Eat probiotic foods or take probiotic supplements.
