Suggest Cause And Remedy For Back Pain?

i have back pain to the left hand side with muscel tightening the more activity i do also a tenderness has developed around the coxis area i had a hip replacement 5 months ago leaving my right leg shorter therfor i have a slight limp i am worried that there may be infection somewhere.

The pain that you have described is likely to be due to a muscular pain. It can also happen due to a disc prolapse. It is best to get an MRI scan done for diagnosis.
