Suggest Cause And Remedy For Sharp Pain During Urination

Hi im 52 years old and got a hysterectomy in 2002 and have been taking hormones ever since. Lately for the past couple of days i have been nausous and with no appetite. TOday when i went to pee a i had a sharp pain for a few seconds in my vagina following with a little bit of pink blood when i wiped what can it be? This had never happened to me before.

Hello,

It can be acute urethritis like urinary tract infection.

The stone in the urinary tract also needs to be ruled out.

I suggest following investigations for primary work up....
_USG abdomen and pelvis
_urine routine microscopic examination
_urine culture
_CBC
