Suggest Cause For Numbness In Toes After Exercise

When I exercise my toes become numb and tingle.my toes and fingers are always the first to get cold on my body Each time I ask a doctor during my visit, they slayer test me for diabetes. I have been tested for diabetes and I do not have that. What could this be?

The numbness and tingling after an exercise and the cold fingers are likely to be related to low levels of vitamin B12. You can start with proper supplements after getting your levels tested.
