Suggest Cause For Pain During Passing Stool

i sometimes pass out (feint) when i pass a stool, there is no blood, but as I feel the stool i experience pain on the left hand side, it feels like there is something solid blocking the passage. Other times I pass stools with no problems or pain at all.

I really appreciate your concern, fainting at the time of defection is pretty common phenomenon and actually it is not the fainting neither it is the syncope but it mimic like that it could be due to general debility, low hemoglobin, manure phenomenon due to exerting the force for defection, along with that better to evaluate the cardiac condition hope this information helps.
