Suggest Cause For Pain In Beast&arm Pit Therapy For Epicondylitis

I have been treated for lateral epicondylitis for the past 2 months with physical therapy. I am now experiencing right breast pain and armpit pain. Is there nerves attached somehow that could cause this? And would continuing physical therapy be the treatment plan?

for this condition physical therapy is one of the best regims i feel and main of treating is give rest to the part and have exercise for it
