Suggest Cause For Painful Shoulder Blade

My husband experienced severe pain in between in shoulder blades, tightening in his throat and then felt like his head was going to explode. Went to emergency but no conclusive signs of anything. Has been fatigued and his head hurts since then. Any thoughts? He snores badly and has sleep apnea on occasion.

I really appreciate your concern, in my opinion if he has not been investigated for cardiac disease then it is necessary to get it done, if this turns unremarkable then it is nothing to worry and condition could be functional only, endocrine dysfunction also need to be ruled out hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
