What Is The Cause And Treatment For Painful Lump On Shoulder Blade?

Hi, I've had a sore shoulder blade for almost 3 months. The pain is getting worse...not a sharp pain, but as if someone is pushing their finger into my shoulder blade. My husband noticed a lump on my shoulder blade last night about the size of a kidney bean. My arms often fall asleep when I lie on my back.

In my opinion you may have rotator cuff muscle tear , i recommend an MRI scan
i recommend rest till then
