Suggest Cause For Painful Urination With Traces Of Blood Spots

Hi and thank you, i just wanted to know what it meant when this is so embarrassing, plus I'm a bad speller, but when I finish urinating and I wipe myself I usually see light red spots on the tissue and I'm not sure what that means. Usually right as I'm about to finishing urinating, there is usually pain. This only happens when I go to use the restroom when I notice the pain and the red spots which I assume is blood.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You have pain and bleeding at time of urination. It can be due to some urinary tract infection, kidney stone or mass in kidney. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination as well as ultrasound kidney, ureter and bladder. It will give you exact idea.
Then you should take treatment accordingly.
