Suggest Cause For Prolonged Menses Post Delivery
I had a baby 6 mo ago and now i have my period very frequent and long lasting. The baby is formula fed so it is my 4th menstrual cycle after delivery, it lasts 12 days. Usually it takes 4-5 days. What may be the reason? Thank you.

I really appreciate your concern such irregular menses some time happens after the delivery but that should not be happening on and often or bleeding should long last up to days if this is the thing then this need to be investigated and the best test is ultrasonography, you better have word with your gynecologist some residuals likely to be in uterine cavity related with placenta, take care and have nice day.
