Suggest Cause For Stomach Pain

Hi Doc, my son is 5 years old and is complaining of stomach pains, mainly in the upper portion of the belly; his weight is 15 kgs; he has been prescribed, lanzol junior tablet, metrogyl dt suspension and vizylac suspension. doctor has also prescribed remune. he is not having fever; recent usg of whole abdomen also shows no anomalies; can u please infer why then the stomach pain is occuring
